Entry to the competition is restricted to members of the Liberty Medical Scheme (“LMS”).
The competition opens on 01 August 2010 and closes on 29 October 2010.
To gain entry into the competition, members must register their details on www.libmed.co.za before 29 October 2010. All members who have registered by this date will automatically be entered into the lucky draw.
Winners will be determined by a lucky draw three weeks after the close of the competition.
The main prize is a R10 000 in cash which will be given to the first lucky drawn winner. Ten other lucky winners stand a chance to win Woolworths vouchers to the value of R500.
There is no entry fee.
Winners will be notified telephonically or via e-mail.
This competition is not open to any director, member, partner, employee or agent of, or consultant of LMS, including its media agencies and their employees or agents, and any intermediaries contracted to LMS, unless they are actual members of LMS.
By entering this competition, the participants and winners agree to be bound by the terms of this competition.
LMS is not responsible and accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage that may arise as a result of winners taking up the prizes.
LMS is not responsible for and accepts no liability for participation in the competition, injury, damage or loss sustained while using any of the prizes awarded in this competition.
LMS has the right, at its sole discretion, to amend the rules, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without prior notice and for whatever reason it deems appropriate.
Winners are responsible for the payment of any tax on redemption of any prize won in this competition.
Unsuccessful participants will have no claim or action whatsoever against LMS as a result of participating in this competition.
Entering into this competition does not create any obligation on LMS and its agents, employees, shareholders nor do the participants acquire any rights in law.
The prizes are not transferrable.
The judge’s decision is final and no negotiations will be entered into.
LMS accepts no claim or action arising from failure to observe or perform any duties or obligations in accordance with any law, licence, certificate, authorisation and consensus required for entering into this competition.
Rules are set up for this competition to ensure a free and fair competition for all. Rules must be followed at all times by all participants.
Failure to disclose the correct information on the form or false statements will result in disqualification.
Prizes not claimed within 14 days will be forfeited and disposed of at LMS’s sole discretion.
