With Gold Saver Select’s quality benefits, you know your health needs are safely looked after. It covers specific consultation and chronic medication benefits for children. This option allows you to manage the cost of your contributions by choosing to use hospital and day–clinic network facilities and chronic medicine to be obtained from state facilities.

In addition to the four chronic benefits for kids, Gold Saver Select offers generous cover for medical treatments in hospital and for the management of chronic illnesses. There’s also the Day–to–Day Extender, which includes cover for casualties, MRI/CAT scans, crime trauma, day procedures, pregnancy ultrasounds and a collection of preventative care benefits. All of which are paid for by the Scheme – not from your Savings Facility.

Gold Saver Select provides cover at 100% of the Liberty Medical Scheme (LMS) Rate. This means that if a medical service provider charges above this rate, the member is responsible for the difference.
