Introduction
One of the ways in which Liberty Medical Scheme (now incorporating Medicover) distinguishes itself from others in the industry is by being available, by being open to your questions, queries, comments and concerns, so that you feel empowered and in control of your health and your life. Use the contact details provided throughout this website and on this page, to get in touch with us, so we can help you.Website
Our user-friendly and practical website puts you in control, enabling you to resolve most simple queries at your own convenience. With access to the same real-time systems used by our Contact Centre, you can be confident that the information is relevant and accurate.
Some of the online functionality includes tracking the status of submitted claims, checking the benefits that are still available, viewing your contributions history, determining tax info when completing your tax returns and finding medical service providers in specific areas. These services are password-controlled to ensure complete confidentiality.Direct E–mail
Our handy direct e-mail service
webmail@libertyhealth.co.za helps to keep you up-to-date at the click of a button. As long as we have your e-mail address loaded, accessing your data is easy – any time, day or night. Just send us a blank e-mail, from your registered email address, and our system will generate a reply containing your personal details, recent claims history and recent contributions history, as well as a copy of your latest monthly statement and most recent tax letter. Simple as that.
Mini–statement
If your e-mail address is registered on our database, the Liberty Medical Scheme will automatically send you a mini-claims statement via e-mail as soon as a claim has been processed for you. This means that you don´t have to wait for printed statements to arrive in the post.Update details
We often receive mail that has been returned by the Post Office marked ‘Addressee unknown’. This worries us because we need to communicate with you on a regular basis and it is important that you receive the information we send out promptly. So please ensure that you
inform us immediately of any changes to your family´s personal details. This will help us to give you the quality service you expect.
